Katie Williams was awarded a Life Membership to the club at April’s meeting in recognition of all the work and support she has done over the years.
Katie joined the club in the early 2000’s, became a committee member in 2004 and shortly after took over the role of secretary which had become vacant, and was our scribe for 5 years.
You always found Katie in the kitchen organising the supper, and this year we decided that it was time for others to take over that job, now she can come to club and enjoy herself without having any responsibilities.
