CLUB MEETING DATES 2013
at Dutch Clubrooms, Neil Hunt Park.
The club meets on the first Wednesday of the month at 7pm.

The club also holds Fun With Photography workshops on the third Wednesday of the month at 7pm. This meeting is less formal and more hands on.

Visitors: If you are interested in seeing what our club has to offer you are welcome to attend 2-3 club nights as a visitor, to gauge if the club will suit you. Say hello when you come along, be introduced to some club members, ask questions and enjoy an evening with us.
Members: Please bring your prints/digital images for judging to this meeting. All competition entrants MUST be financial members. Entries are due on club night, no late entries will be accepted. Please refer to club rules regarding competition entries. You may submit up to two images each month, except for mid-year and end of year competitions. There is a set size that digital Club competition images must be submitted in. Please click on this link to a YouTube tutorial if you are unfamiliar with resizing your images. NOTE: This video was put together with the old image maximum sizing of 1024 pixels on the horizontal edge by 768 pixels on the vertical edge. To stay in line with PSNZ image sizing the Rotorua Camera Club committee voted to change our image sizing from February 2013 to a maximum of 1920 pixels on the horizontal edge by 1080 pixels on the vertical edge. Please keep these sizes in mind when viewing the video. However, the old sizing (1024×768) still fits within the new size requirements, so will still be accepted in club competitions. SUBSCRIPTIONS
Current members: Subscriptions are due February, at Annual General Meeting.

When you are ready to join, please click on the following link to download an Application Form, complete it and bring it along on the next club night. Alternatively you can fill in an application form provided by the club on the night.
The subscription details are as follows:
- Individual – $55.00 per annum
- Couple – $75.00 per annum
- Youth (under 18) – $35.00 per annum
How to pay: Subscriptions can be paid directly to treasurer on club night, ensuring money and membership details are included in a sealed envelope or alternatively you can deposit directly to the clubs bank account:

The Rotorua Camera Club has monthly competitions, as well as special competitions for Financial Members.
