Two Club Members Receive Licentiateship Honours with PSNZ
Congratulations to Lisa Ainsley and Chris Parkin for obtaining their Licentiateship honours with the Photographic Society of New Zealand last week at the PSNZ National Convention held in Wellington. Both Lisa and Chris submitted a set of 10 images to the PSNZ honours board for judging by a panel of six back at the end of February. It was a long few weeks wait before they both received confirmation in the post of the outcome. Both were judged to be of a high enough standard across the board to be awarded the honour. This year 24 PSNZ members were awarded a Licentiateship and eight members were awarded an Associateship of the Photographic Society of New Zealand. No Fellowships were awarded in 2013. The Rotorua Camera Club would like to congratulate Lisa and Chris on their achievements.
